There are some rather important Terms and Conditions that must be confirmed to qualify for Group Rates and all booking must be handled directly with one of our reservationists.

Additional Details:

  • Our balloons can hold up to 16 passengers depending on total guest weight.
  • For groups larger than 24 passengers special arrangements must be made so please plan well in advance.
  • Expecting mothers should seek the opinion of their doctor prior to flying and for the safety of both mother and child, expecting mothers are not permitted to fly after the second trimester.
  • Children must be taller than 57 inches and should be at least 8 years of of age.
  • All passengers must be able to stand for at least an hour.

Prefer a more traditional Gift Card? Our CLASSIC GIFT CARD packet includes an 8.5 x 5.75 inch gift card, instructions on how to redeem the card and recommendations for accommodations and additional things to do while in Tahoe. The packet is sent in a Balloon Pacific logo'ed envelope by standard US Postal either directly to the recipient or to you so that you can present it in person.
